Easy, fast, and delicious hot or cold.
Preheat oven to 375F.
Melt 1/2–1 c. butter in 2 baking pans.
Beat 2 eggs with 2 tbsp cold water.
Rinse, pat dry and roll 12 thighs and 12 legs first in eggs and then in mix of:
--1 1/2 c. panko
--2 tsp. salt
--1 tsp. each thyme, rosemary, marjoram, parsley
--1/2 tsp. each paprika & black pepper
Roll in butter in pans.
Bake 1 hour, turning once.
